Privacy Policy

Last updated · 23 April 2026

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of personal information by Perpetuate Life Pty Ltd (ACN 689 899 894) of QLD 4120 (“Perpetuate”, “we”, “our”, “us”) in connection with the Perpetuate website (perpetuate.life) (the “Website”) and the Perpetuate mobile application (the “App”).

By accessing or using the Website or App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Website and App.

1. Categories of Information Collected

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

(a) Information Provided Directly by You

(b) Information Collected Automatically

(c) Information Obtained from Third Parties

2. Purposes of Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

3. Cookies, Tracking and Analytics

We use cookies, web beacons, local storage, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to:

(a) Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) on the Website to measure traffic, engagement, and conversion activity. GA4 collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, click events on calls-to-action, FAQ interactions, search referral, IP address (anonymised), device and browser type, and session duration. We have also enabled custom event parameters that capture non-sensitive contextual data (for example, which download call-to-action was clicked or which FAQ was expanded). You may opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

(b) Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on the Website to understand the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, build retargeting and lookalike audiences, and attribute conversions to specific campaigns.

We have enabled Meta’s Automatic Advanced Matching feature, which means that when you submit information to a form on the Website (for example, an email address on the press access form), that information is hashed using SHA-256 in your browser before it leaves your device and shared with Meta in that hashed form. Meta uses this hashed identifier to match visitors to Facebook or Instagram accounts where possible, in order to improve ad attribution and reach. Advanced Matching may include: email address, phone number, first and last name, date of birth, gender, city/state/postcode/country, and a non-personally-identifying external identifier.

We may also transmit equivalent events to Meta’s Conversions API on a server-to-server basis using the same hashed identifiers. This is for the same advertising and measurement purposes as the Meta Pixel and may be enabled in addition to browser-based tracking.

You can manage your advertising preferences at any time in your Meta Ad Preferences, and may opt out of ads personalisation under Meta’s controls.

(c) Firebase Analytics (App)

Within the App, we use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) for in-App event tracking, crash analytics, session analytics, and performance monitoring. Firebase Analytics may share aggregated, anonymised data with Google services for the purpose of service improvement.

(d) FullStory

We may use FullStory for behavioural analytics and session replay in order to improve user experience. FullStory may collect mouse movements, taps, scrolls, and input fields (excluding password and payment fields, which are masked).

(e) Authentication with Meta (Facebook) Login

Where users choose to authenticate using Facebook Login, authorised profile information (such as name and email) is received from Meta as part of the authentication flow, in addition to any tracking described above.

(f) Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, where you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, we collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and share it with Meta (Facebook) for the purposes of measuring ad campaign performance, attributing App installs to specific advertisements, and enabling retargeting across Meta’s advertising network. You may revoke this permission at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device. If permission is not granted, ad measurement is limited to Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork and measurement aggregation frameworks.

(g) Disabling Cookies and Tracking

You may disable cookies through your browser or device settings; however, functionality of the Website or App may be impaired. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive), we obtain your consent for non-essential cookies and tracking technologies.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

In addition to disclosure to third-party service providers listed in this Policy, personal information may be accessed internally by authorised employees, contractors, or vendors of Perpetuate. Such access is:

Where accidental or unavoidable access occurs (for example, through debugging, technical error, or vendor dashboards), such access must be treated as confidential, promptly logged in Perpetuate’s internal Access Log, and not retained or shared.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access, and security monitoring.
